Customer Service Agreement 

1. Parties Involved

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Dr Courtney Spiteri, hereinafter referred to as the "Mentor: and the above mentioned, hereinafter the "Client". 

2. Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Mentor will provide the 8 week group program INNER CEO CODES.

3. Services:

  • The Client has purchased 8-week group program with the Mentor
  • The Service will provide guidance, support, and advice to the Client on areas including but not limited to personal development, nervous system regulation, spirituality, intuitive guidance and personal growth. 
  • The Mentor will not provide services that constitute psychological therapy or treatment.
  • Sessions will be conducted weekly.
  • Sessions will last 60-90 minutes.


4. Term:

The Service begins on the first call session agreed to by the Mentor and continues for a duration of 8 weeks from this date.  

5. Fees and Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the Mentor

1. Total Payment amount is paid in full on registration or by agreed upon payment plan. 

2. Payment Plan arrangement to be completed prior to the final live call.

6. Cancellation/Refund: 

No refunds will be offered in connection with this Agreement, including

  • To Clients that are a no-show to all scheduled sessions. 
  • To services that have been conducted and completed. 
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided. 
  • For change of mind.

In the event that the Mentor terminates the agreement, then the Mentor agrees the Client is not obligated to make any remaining payments for the services not yet provided. 

7. Group Participation, Privacy & Media Release

This Program may include live group calls, community forums, and other shared spaces where participants may voluntarily share personal experiences, insights, or reflections. While the Mentor fosters a culture of respect and discretion, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group or evergreen setting.

Clients are encouraged to use discernment when sharing sensitive information, as future participants may access group replays or written contributions as part of ongoing Program access.

Live sessions will be recorded and repurposed for educational or promotional use, including within future versions of the Program. By participating in group sessions or contributing in community spaces, you consent to your voice, likeness, written words, and contributions being used in this way, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to participation.

If you would like to remain anonymous or not have your contributions recorded or shared, please email the Mentor prior to your participation in live sessions.

8. Call Session Cancellation or Reschedule Policy:

1. It is the responsibility of the Client to arrive on time to all scheduled calls or to notify the Mentor if you are running late or need to reschedule.

2. You will not be contacted by the Mentor if you have not arrived to your scheduled session.

8. Call Conditions

All calls are conducted via Zoom. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure a strong internet connection for the scheduled session. 

The Zoom link will be provided by the Mentor to the Client at the time of enrolment. 
9. Termination of Agreement:

The Mentor reserves the right to cancel the program at their discretion, as well as in accordance with the Legal Disclaimer; and preclude any individual from using the services in the future as deemed necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability:

The Mentor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program.


The Client acknowledges that the Mentor's guidance and advice are provided based on the information available at the time and that results are not guaranteed.

13. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

14. Amendments:

Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Disclaimer:

In purchasing the INNER CEO CODES program with Dr Courtney Spiteri, the Client confirms, understands, and agrees to the following:

1. NATURE OF SERVICES:

Program and included services, including all recommendations, advice, tools, and guidance, is for personal use only. It is acknowledged in full that you have free will and understand that any information/guidance given in a session is subject to personal interpretation and judgment.


2. NO GUARANTEES:

Results of the program and services may vary. The Mentor makes no guarantees regarding the services rendered.

You understand and agree that any teachings, tools or guidance received during this Service will be used at your own discretion, and you take full responsibility for any actions, choices, and decisions made based upon the information received during Services rendered. The Mentor cannot be held responsible for any action taken after receiving any information and guidance provided.

The Client is aware of the inherent risk of personal or financial losses associated with the service and understands that any losses incurred by the Client following the commencement of mentorship are the responsibility of the Client alone.


3. NOT PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE:

During the term of the Agreement, the Mentor will only provide services related to personal growth program INNER CEO CODES. This is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health services, nor are the services professional therapy. The services are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. The Mentor disclaims any obligation to provide the client with medical and/or psychological treatment. The client understands that this program is not suitable for people with acute mental illnesses or mental health conditions. 

It is acknowledged that the Mentor is a registered psychologist in accordance with APHRA regulations. INNER CEO CODES program does not classify as psychological therapy; therefore, the Mentor will not diagnose or provide medical advice or medical treatment for mental health conditions. Please continue to seek professional medical advice and/or help if needed. This Service is not covered under Medicare Rebate.
