For over a decade, Dr Courtney Spiteri immersed herself in understanding one question:
Why do some people create extraordinary lives while others stay trapped in the same patterns for years?
After years in hospitals, clinics and academia, she realised something profound.
Success isn't determined by intelligence, strategy or even your past. It's determined by the woman leading your life. That discovery changed everything.
Courtney stepped beyond the traditional clinical model to create a new approach > one that bridges neuroscience, nervous system mastery, identity, intuition and conscious leadership.
